1. Our Refund Policy

No Refund Policy: Hosting Verse operates on a strict no-refund policy. All payments made for our hosting services are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

This policy applies to all our services including shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, domain registrations, and any additional services or add-ons purchased through Hosting Verse.

We maintain this policy to ensure fair pricing for all customers and to continue providing high-quality hosting services at competitive rates.

2. Before You Cancel - Let Us Help

We're Here to Help! Before cancelling your service, please reach out to our support team. Many issues can be resolved quickly, and we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services.

3. Cancellation Process

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Here's how the process works:

Submit Cancellation Request

Log into your account dashboard and navigate to the billing section, or send a cancellation request to support@hostingverse.in with your account details.

Confirmation

We'll confirm your cancellation request within 24 hours and provide you with important information about your account closure.

Service Termination

Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be permanently terminated.

4. What Happens After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is processed:

  • Your service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle
  • No further charges will be made to your account
  • You'll have access to download your data until service termination
  • After termination, all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Your account will be marked as cancelled and cannot be reactivated

5. Data Backup Responsibility

Important: It is your responsibility to backup all your data before cancellation. Once your service is terminated, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

We strongly recommend downloading all your website files, databases, emails, and any other important data before your service termination date. Our support team can guide you through the backup process if needed.

6. Automatic Renewal Cancellation

If you have automatic renewal enabled, cancelling your subscription will also disable automatic renewals. This ensures you won't be charged for future billing cycles after your cancellation request.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In rare cases involving service failures on our part or billing errors, we may consider alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.

8. Reactivation

Once an account is cancelled and data is deleted, it cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use our services again, you'll need to create a new account and set up your hosting environment from scratch.
