Hosting Verse

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hosting Verse services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Hosting Verse provides web hosting services including but not limited to shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and related services. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not engage in any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
• Respect intellectual property rights of others

4. Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from hosting or transmitting content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights. This includes but is not limited to malware, spam, adult content (where prohibited), and copyrighted material without permission.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment for services is due in advance according to the billing cycle chosen. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Data Backup and Security

While we implement security measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Hosting Verse is not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data. We recommend regular backups and strong security practices.

7. Service Limitations

Our services are subject to fair usage policies. Excessive resource usage that affects other users may result in service limitation or termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or negatively impact our infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hosting Verse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Hosting Verse reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, all data may be permanently deleted after a grace period of 30 days.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only necessary information to provide our services and do not share your data with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

11. Modifications to Terms

Hosting Verse reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our service announcements. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
